So never get distract from the problem but strive hard to get the solutions. Certainly it will enable you by all means. There’s no simple way to solve, avoid or minimize them. The problem isn’t a cover for a larger issue. It’s just a problem. You have to deal and face with it. The problem with problems is that they often loom large. As one of my favorite teachers used to say, “When people know what to do, they don’t get upset. It’s when they don’t know what to do that they get overwhelmed, anxious, or depressed.” Solve. Avoid. Cut. Address. Cope. Tools such as these guard against anxiety and depression by giving us a few more ways to confront a situation and begin to resolve it.
